It's like a doctor diagnosing a patient's broken arm: the patient says "my arm hurts," but the doctor needs to know how the arm got broken in the first place.

From there, we create a list of parts needed to fix the problem, which gets checked over by the tech and advisor. We source the parts with a sense of urgency, confirm their ETA and pricing, and build a quote for the customer's approval. The parts come in, we confirm everything is present, and the package is assembled. The tech is given a time frame for the repair, broken into segments, and overseen by a shop foreman for quality control.
